Follow the signs for the N25 and travel over the new River Suir bridge. Once through the toll barrier take the first exit and follow the signs for Tramore. At the Butlerstown Roundabout take the first exit. We are approximately 500 metres from the roundabout on the right-hand side, just past The Ramada Hotel.
